As soon as you have identified a piece of land and completed you SIMPLE Site Plan, you are ready to begin your preliminary Unit Mix configuration.  As details of the project emerge  we can proceed to developing the final Unit Mix to suit your individual site needs.  You can always come to us with your preferred Unit Mix and we can work with that as well.

Prelim Unit Mix

The preliminary Unit Mix is often conceptualized on a the back of a napkin or scratch paper. Many times, this alone is enough to generate some pretty good numbers. We will make your chicken scratch look a little better as we work through the process.

Final Unit Mix

With your final Unit Mix in hand, you can now start getting numbers from the other contractors involved. Mechanical, Electrical and Security contractors should have enough information to supply proposals at this time. Your lender also has something tangible in their hands!
