Turn-Key Project Options

"Turn-Key" is a contract option under which a firm agrees to fully design, construct and equip a manufacturing/ business/ service facility and turn the project over to the purchaser when it is ready for operation in exchange for a fee.  This substantially reduces the risk for a self storage investor as far as getting the project completed successfully.

Site And Structure

We have the capability to prepare the site and perform any cut, fill and compaction operations needed. We will take care of all the sanitary, storm and water lines and hydrants required.

Concrete Option

Our concrete guys are equipped to pour any slab up to 60′ wide in a single pour. We can excavate footings, supply all reinforcing and place all concrete.
